At Maratha Match, the safety and well-being of children and young users is our highest priority. We are committed to providing a secure and respectful environment for all members. Please read and follow these detailed guidelines to help protect children while using our platform:
1. Protect Personal Information
- Never share sensitive personal details such as your home address, phone number, school name, or daily routines in your profile or messages.
- Avoid posting photos that reveal your location, school, or other identifying information.
- Do not disclose passwords or account credentials to anyone, including people claiming to be from Maratha Match support.
2. Parental Guidance and Supervision
- The App is strictly for users aged 18 and above. Registration and access to the App are not permitted for users under the age of 18.
3. Safe Communication
- Be cautious when communicating with people you do not know personally. Do not feel pressured to respond to messages that make you uncomfortable.
- Never agree to meet someone in person without the knowledge and consent of a parent or guardian. Meetings should always take place in a public place and with adult supervision.
- Block and report users who send inappropriate, threatening, or suspicious messages.
4. Recognize and Report Abuse
- Report any suspicious, abusive, or illegal behavior to Maratha Match support immediately using the in-app reporting tools or by contacting us directly.
- If you believe a child is in immediate danger, contact your local authorities right away.
- Do not engage with or respond to users who violate our community guidelines or terms of service.
5. Account Security
- Use strong, unique passwords for your Maratha Match account and change them regularly.
- Enable two-factor authentication if available.
- Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.
