Matching and Communication Services

Our platform facilitates connections between users. We do not guarantee that any connections made through our platform will result in successful relationships. You acknowledge that communication with other users is at your own risk and discretion.

We are not responsible for the conduct of other users or the accuracy of their profiles. You are solely responsible for taking precautions and protecting yourself when interacting with other users, whether online or in person.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Maratha Match, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of our platform.
